He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. A friendly and beautiful Elf, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Heian was born with his mother's beautiful face. Through the years after Heian was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Heian's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
