History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has worked as a Fisher like his father before him.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Berrian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Berrian. Being a Bellfounder kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands; and to protect his home
