Personality: Varis is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Varis hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Varis was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Laborer for the past few years.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and balancing his hectic life and new laborer responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Marshal and was forced into it by his family; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: This man is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized aquamarine on his right hand. His golden hair is greasy and uncared for. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty tan coat over it, and is pretty ugly. With bright brown hair and a scraggly beard. His gray eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. Paelias abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 24. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Traki lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Healer. He has achieved small success as a Healer.
