History: Efferil was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born to a Stableman, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and seeks redemption
