History: He got into the Spice Merchant business at a young age. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Nim embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nim grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nim. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He became a Farmer soon after.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and to reunite with his absent mother

The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
