Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. After months of barely getting by, Lucan managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is greedy
