History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Raer lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and regain custody of his daughter
