History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has worked as a Fletcher like his mother before him.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Paelias was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Paelias decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Dilettante for hire.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.
