He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: Naeris was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident.
