Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His childhood dream was to be a Weaver, but he was a colossal failure. He became a Ruler soon after.

History: Born in the west to a Bather, Halimath learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills.
