Personality: Raer wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He is a Slaad in disguise. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident.
