History: Varis was born with his mother's beautiful face. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Armorer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: Koeth hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Spy and was forced into it by his family; and many orcs want him driven away

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Azaki was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and to reunite with his absent mother
