Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Paelias was born with his father's beautiful face. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
