Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Born in the west to a Mayor, Raer learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and wants his loneliness to end
