History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
