He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Suhnae grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Suhnae. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He became a Ruler soon after.

History: The child of a Beggar, who enjoyed hunting, Arannis was taken on many hunting expeditions. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Arannis's homeland. Arannis decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has achieved small success as a Locksmith.
