History: Born in the north to a Shipwright, Fivin learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Vanuath never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

History: Rael lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and doesn't want to be a carpenter and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.
