History: Thervan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thervan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thervan. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has dyed his greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. A true patriot, Arannis would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Arannis reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Arannis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
