History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Elven people; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Theren was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
