He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Courier who has hired him part-time. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Thervan embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his dancing with anyone who is interested.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Theren took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature lance.
