History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. Fivin enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
