History: Born in the west to a Adventurer, Paelias learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to reunite with his old friends

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Beggar arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gifted student he started as a Performer, but he got bored and became a Beggar. He now owns his own business.
