History: Dreali was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rolen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
