History: He got into the Fortune-teller business at a young age. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Raer was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Raer's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by a spirit.

He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
