Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Crown-heir arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the south were limited. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
