Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Carrie grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Carrie. He struck the Performer job and began his own company from there.

The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bricklayer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Bather, and he later adopted a second son.

He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He struck the Tanner job and began his own company from there.
