History: Peren was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His first spouse was a Sculptor, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Mayor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.
