History: He was born in the west. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Heian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Heian. After a long history of fighting, Heian and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
