Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Beiro embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Beiro grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. After a long history of fighting, Beiro and his spouse have recently divorced.
