Through the years after Lamlis was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Lamlis's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Recently the stress of being a Map Maker has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and further expansion of business
