Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born in the north. Through the years after Heian was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Heian's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Heian and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and retire the richest man in the north

A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
