History: He comes from a rich northern family. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

History: Uthemar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Uthemar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Uthemar. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Glassblower for hire.

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
