Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are a pleasant hazel.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Adran grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Adran. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he dresses like a well dressed Unemployed does. With bright brown hair and a scraggly beard. His violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He got into the Unemployed business at a young age. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and to reunite with his absent mother

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has amber eyes and a red hat with a black feather.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Soapmaker. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
