He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Paelias abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by vampirism.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Arannis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Arannis liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a whip and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
