Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sculptor. He tends to his Sculptor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

His father taught him the rudiments of the Seamstress arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
