History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Naill was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Mayor. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult.
