History: He got into the Junk Dealer business at a young age. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sickle.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Laucian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Laucian. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
