History: Born in the south to a Detective, Aust learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'3" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a blue costume with the symbols of death on his torso. He keeps his long blonde hair kept up in a rat tail. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Uthemar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and regain custody of his daughter

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born in a small plains village. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. He bought a shield and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His auburn hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Scribe mother left him crippled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'9" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull red iron scale mail. His brown hair is thinning but still full. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.
