History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thervan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thervan. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Carter they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Shoemaker, and he later adopted a second son.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Being a Junk Dealer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Scribe. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
