History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Suhnae was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Suhnae's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is renowned for his bright black suits and hats. He has shaved his head bald. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them.
