Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His brown hair is unkempt and raggedy. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.

Personality: Naill hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. He is an amazing painter.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Naill grew up listening to his mother's many stories. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and wants to work out more often

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Aust was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Through the years after Aust was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Aust's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Naal abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and a deep hatred of illithids

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a green coat. His white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Sage business.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sage work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sage work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sage for hire.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and wants to open a new tavern
