History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Varis was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: Arannis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. He struck the Fortune-teller job and began his own company from there.
