History: Born in the south to a Layabout, Uthemar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult.
