History: Born to a Junk Dealer, his father struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He is renowned for his bright tan suits and hats. He has a very tight haircut. His eyes are green and catlike.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Adran was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Koeth was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and wants to work out more often

Description: 4'11" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized tan coat. His black hair is cut short. He has blue eyes and a tan hat with a pastel feather.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Caeldrim embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Caeldrim was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he feels threatened by others

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born in a small forest village. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Korfel grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Korfel. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
