History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to drow.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He worked as a nervous Interpreter and found it very stressful. He's also a talented Fletcher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
