History: He was born in a small mountains village. Thervan was a troubled youth. Thervan decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Gifted from a young age, Raer studied abroad. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

He prefers to carry a hand crossbow, but if one is not available he will default to his nunchaku. He has done his best to style his white hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are likewise gray.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Born to a Barkeep, his mother struggled to pay the bills. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Being a Hunter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
