Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Efferil grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Efferil. After months of barely getting by, Efferil managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
