History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Dyer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: This late middle aged man wears silk and lounges about seductively and is in decent physical shape. His golden hair is cut short. His brown eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Ruler business.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Erdan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

Description: He is an average looking western male in his early mid-life. He wears long strands of amber and short blue dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy blonde hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. A true patriot, Korfel would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Painter they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Healer, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Healer and was forced into it by his family; and to reunite with his absent mother

Description: A 5'0" western man, he is typically in his Weaver uniform. He has a very tight haircut. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Weaver. He's also a talented Mortician, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 5'2" and wears blue trousers with pastel and grey striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Carrie was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
