Himo took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up bastard sword and armor he uses now. During his travels, Himo and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Himo discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Himo fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His childhood dream was to be a Tailor, but he was a colossal failure. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
