History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Efferil was born with his mother's beautiful face. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
